oo It's free! You don't have to pay a monthly fee to access your account information.
oo You can cancel any TV service you may have with Comcast through this app by changing your plan or setting up a package that doesn't include TV services.
CONS
oo It does not offer the same options for customers with only internet access. You cannot use the app to switch internet providers or add WiFi.
oo It does not offer every available product, such as a landline.
oo The app isn't optimized for tablets, so on-screen buttons and text can be tiny. The TV portion of Xfinity isn't available on mobile at all.
How to use
There are two ways to use the Xfinity My Account: You can use it on the computer, or if you have a compatible device, you can also install it and use it on your tablet or smartphone.
The software may be used on any Apple iOS smartphone and all models of Android-powered smartphones. In addition, you can log in with your Comcast ID and password or use your Facebook or Google accounts to access information about your account.
